Silvertung, a hard rock quartet that hails from Maryland, they’ve been driving hard the last decade or so. Between receiving a Jagermeister sponsorship and performing for the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival and Tour, they keep pounded out their signature hard and athemic rock.
On their newest release, “(BUT, AT WHAT COST??!)‘, they kick it up a notch. Each song on the album is hard driving, and showcases a hard rock sound reminiscent of mid-2000s Sevendust and Hellyeah. The hard-hitting track “Wise Up” makes on want to throw his fists up in the air, and ready to pound the snot out of someone who crossed the metaphorical line.
“You’re Fine” reminds me of late 2000s, early 2010s metal, while the closer, “Done My Best”, is another solid track that closes out the album.
Keep an eye out on these guys. If they keep up with their work ethic, we may be seeing big things from them before too long.
Although a relatively brief album, it showcases the drive and sound that Silvertung has been striving for for years.
